Work at the brewery

I got to know the brewery as a student worker in the lab. The passion and dedication, as well as the pleasant atmosphere on the shop floor, appealed to me even then. A year later, I started as a manager in the brew hall. I was given the confidence and space to apply my technical (brewing) knowledge and to actively contribute towards improvements and innovative ideas. The combination of rich brewing tradition, modern production methods and passion from the entire team ensures that we only brew beer of the highest quality. I am therefore very proud to be able to play my part.

As a sales representative, I am on the road every day promoting our beers to beer retailers and hospitality outlets. Even though I am not in the office every day, I feel a close connection with my colleagues inside the brewery. The level of cooperation and team spirit is really special, playing a major role in our brewery’s success. This gives me great pride and enthusiasm in my day-to-day work.

What I really appreciate about my work here is the fun atmosphere and variety in my work. There’s always something going on to make the day just that little bit special, meaning things never get boring. What’s more, I’m working in a place I’m proud to be: a modern, well-equipped brewery that continues to invest in new, tasty innovations. It gives me such a good feeling to work on that as part of a team.

Working in a brewery has captured the imagination of many of my friends. While I may not always think about it myself, I realise how special it is that my work on the barrel line ensures that people around the world get to enjoy our beers. I am proud to be a part of that story.
