Filou IPA
Filou is alive with hops. In the glass, this lightly cloudy beer immediately reveals its true hoppy nature. The hoppy bitterness on the nose is complemented by grass-green and hay-like notes. The combination of late-hopping and dry-hopping gives this blonde beer the necessary hoppy bitterness. There are also slight notes of spice, along with a subtle hint of white grapefruit. Finally, the crisp dry finish renders this unfiltered beer wonderfully easy-drinking.
