Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, and are automatically calculated at checkout.
What if my order is damaged?
If the goods delivered by us are damaged in transit, do not match the items listed on the delivery note or are not the items you had ordered, you must report this as soon as possible (at most within 3 days) and return the items to us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the courier appointed by the company. Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the items shown not to have been received by the customer.
When will my order be delivered?
If we have your order in stock, it will be delivered to your home within 1-5 working days. If we do not have one or more goods in stock, you can track your delivery time via your account.
Returns
Can I return beer?
You have no right of return for products that may spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, or for products that are sealed and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Consequently, the right of return does not apply to our beers. Other goods must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened.
Can I return my order?
When you buy goods or services from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods for 14 days from the date of delivery. You can then return your order without paying a penalty and without having to give a reason (you are responsible for paying these costs yourself). Within 14 days after we have received your order back or you have indicated that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, we will refund you the full purchase price using the same payment details you used to pay.
Who pays the return costs?
The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense. We will indicate the cost price or make an estimate, if this cannot be reasonably calculated in advance. If the goods cannot be returned by post, we will collect them from you and you will not be charged.
Can my order be unpacked?
During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle the order and its packaging with care. If you still wish to return the items as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the item. Returned items may be fitted but not used. When returning items, they must (if possible) be returned together with the original packaging, with all delivered accessories and in their original condition and packaging, while also taking into account all instructions set out below. We may charge a depreciation on the refund of damaged goods.
How can I return my order?
To return a product, please send an email to [email protected] quoting your order number and the reason for the return. You should then print out and complete this return form. Finally, the return form should be packed and sent together with the products concerned to Brouwerijstraat 1, 8870 Emelgem, Belgium. You can also drop off the package yourself during Bierboetiek’s opening hours. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation by email. If you wish to order a different size, please place a new order via the web shop.
