Kasteel and Quick launch the Patron Rouge

From 19 August, order the Patron Rouge at Belgian fast-food chain Quick – a premium burger topped with a Kasteel Rouge beer-flavoured sauce. The Patron Rouge is a limited-edition burger, so don’t miss out!

The Patron Rouge pays tribute to two Belgian classics: the iconic Quick burger and our rich Belgian beer tradition. Quick and Kasteel Rouge have joined forces to create this limited-edition burger. The much-loved strong fruit beer from Belgian family brewery Kasteel Brouwerij Vanhonsebrouck is brewed using Kasteel Donker as a base and enriched with sour cherries. The result is a ruby-red beer offering a delicate sweetness and fresh cherry notes – which translates perfectly to a subtle, sweet and sour burger sauce.

A unique combination

“With the new Quick Patron Rouge burger, the future certainly looks bright. Or should we say… ‘rouge’?”, explains Pierre Hanon, General Manager at Quick Belgium. “The Patron Rouge represents a partnership between two Belgian institutions: Quick and Kasteel Rouge. A unique combination of the much-loved, fruity Rouge flavour with the unmistakable Quick experience – a surprisingly tasty pairing that leaves you wanting more.”

The Patron Rouge burger itself combines Belgian beef patties, creamy cheddar, cherry and onion chutney, pickled red onion and fresh lettuce, served on a golden tiger bun. The result: a distinctly Belgian taste experience that is sure to delight both beer and burger lovers alike.

Limited edition

The Patron Rouge will be available for a limited time run, starting 19 August at all Quick restaurants (except Giant Bar Gent) in Belgium and Luxembourg.
