Brigand is a strong blonde, bottle-refermented beer. Under the creamy head lies a full-bodied beer with robust bitter notes and a slight maltiness. On the nose, expect the subtle aroma of Western European hops, enhanced by a slight dry-hopping, giving the beer a refined complexity. The addition of wheat ensures a dry finish with a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
