Kasteel Tripel is a bottle refermented, clear honey-coloured beer. On the nose, we are met by aromas of banana and clove. The carefully selected aroma hops give the beer a mild bitterness, complemented by fresh fruity notes. The warming mouthfeel and slight spicy finish, where the high alcohol content becomes most pronounced, rounds off the flavour profile.

Kasteel Donker boasts a thick beige head that sticks to the rim of the glass. On pouring, the glass is filled with aromas of caramel and toffee. The roasted malts create a complex flavor profile that is simultaneously strong, smooth, and sweet. The intense flavors and long finish render this first Kasteel beer a truly premium experience.
