St-Louis Fond Tradition is a clear amber-coloured beer, unfiltered and unsweetened for a pure, natural taste experience. The aroma is complex and woody, with fresh green apple acidity and a subtle hint of gingerbread. On the palate, the same fresh notes reappear, complemented by a slight hint of lemon. The finish is both fruity and fresh. In short, a perfect choice for fans of a classic Gueuze.
