St-Louis Premium Gueuze is a refreshing, light golden Gueuze with a thin head. The aroma offers gentle notes of apple and citrus, supported by the crisp freshness of wild yeasts. A lively acidity dominates, beautifully rounded off by a mild sweetness, ending in a dry finish offering a soft fruitiness and light bitterness.
