Chicken satay skewers with Kasteel Tropical
Today, we’re cooking with beer, alongside former world barbecue champion Peter De Clercq, preparing some chicken satay skewers with Kasteel Tropical.

Ingredients Serves 4
1 Combine the coconut milk, soy sauce and maize oil. 
2 To the marinade, add finely chopped coriander. 
3 Add a clove of garlic and three shallots. 
4 Season with a pinch of salt, palm sugar, turmeric, curry powder and ground cumin. 
5 Cut the chicken breast into pieces. 
6 Marinate the pieces of chicken. 
7 Boost the flavour with some Kasteel Tropical. 
8 Skewer the chicken and grill for 5 minutes at 180°C.
