Ingredients Serves 4
1 Add a generous drizzle of olive oil to a bowl, then mix in the cayenne pepper, paprika, curry powder and sambal oelek. 
2 Finely chop the chives and basil, before adding them to the marinade. 
3 Add the Kasteel Tropical. 
4 Mix well, then add the peeled prawns. 
5 Skewer the prawns. 
6 Grill for five minutes on a hot grill, using the smokey BBQ herb blend for added flavour.
