I got to know the brewery as a student worker in the lab. The passion and dedication, as well as the pleasant atmosphere on the shop floor, appealed to me even then. A year later, I started as a manager in the brew hall. I was given the confidence and space to apply my technical (brewing) knowledge and to actively contribute towards improvements and innovative ideas. The combination of rich brewing tradition, modern production methods and passion from the entire team ensures that we only brew beer of the highest quality. I am therefore very proud to be able to play my part.
