In 2019, we introduced the concept of ‘Michelle’s Pub & Brasserie’ for the first time in Wallonia. Thanks to its central location, free parking, spacious terrace and the hospitality of manager Pierre and his team, Michelle’s Pub has quickly become a household name in Mouscron. Michelles Pub & Brasserie Knokke
A piece of Paris in Knokke-Heist – this is how Arnaud and Anneke describe their classic pub on the Belgian coast. In early 2022, the duo opened Michelles Pub & Brasserie in the centrally located Lippenslaan. Location aside, the concept remains the same: an extensive brasserie menu with our specialty beers on tap.

Rubus Beachbar Middelkerke
From April to October, Michelle Vanhonsebrouck – sixth generation in our family of brewers – and partner Enrique Espriet welcome you to the Rubus Beachbar on the beach in Middelkerke. Curl up in the warm, inviting seats, savour the summery tapas and soak up the sun with a cocktail or specialty beer.
